Expression of Interest for Local Course ID Entry Grants

For CCGI Partner Districts a-g courses from student accounts on CaliforniaColleges.edu migrate into the Cal State Apply application. A comparable functionality will be made available for the UC Application in Fall 2024 for the Fall 2025 admissions cycle.

To maximize the benefit to students and the educators supporting their application processes, the University of California has issued a communication through the high school articulation bulletin encouraging school districts to ensure that every course on the CMP list from the 2020-21 school year forward contains an accurate transcript abbreviation and local course ID. Each is to be listed separately in the designated fields provided for each course record in the Course Management Portal.

See that Communication here.

During Spring 2024, CCGI will make funds available to support districts in completing these one time updates.  If you are interested in receiving grants to support this work through your County Office of Education, please submit this form and we will keep you apprised of updates as they become available. These funds are available to all high school and unified districts, regardless of CCGI partnership status.
